Beredo is an advanced upcycling project that gives new life to textile production offcuts through an innovative fibre-separation process.
As a partner in the Beredo project, in collaboration with Beste, FVL turns this transformation into tangible packaging solutions, from shopping bags to tote bags, as well as from boxes to garment covers, hangers and stationery items.

Nolet reworks technology originally developed for NASA space suits, integrating it into bags, pouches and packaging structures. The result is a range of functional containers designed to neutralise unpleasant odours.

Novanta is an original FVL project that brings together technology, beauty, sustainability and versatility.
Its name is inspired by its uncompromising 90° angle.
A next-generation process starts from a 3 mm raw sheet, which is milled, cut and assembled into perfectly formed, precision-crafted boxes.
Developed through the synergy between Beste’s Beredo project and FVL’s textile heritage, this technology is explored using paper and cardboard made from upcycled fibres — wool, cotton, viscose and cashmere — giving new life to textile waste.

Using cardboard as an alternative to plastic reduces the environmental impact and makes use of renewable resources.
We have developed a cardboard hanger that fully replicates the function of a traditional one, while introducing a distinctive new aesthetic and feel.
It works perfectly with shirts, trousers, T-shirts, knitwear, dresses and waistcoats.
Most importantly, brands love it, because it becomes part of how they tell their story.

The TUX range of hangers was created to be compatible with the different customizations and finishes required by the brand.
We have designed a line of recycled and recyclable plastic hangers that demonstrates how sustainability can meet the high range. Their appearance is perfect and the offer of customizations and finishes is incredibly wide. The attention to detail reaches the highest level when even the metal parts are customizable to represent the Brand in the best way, ensuring a coordinated, unique and ecological image.
